Showcasing Impactful Vastu Projects & Energetic Layouts

I was honored to be invited by the Tamil Nadu Government for a Vastu consultation at the Pollution Control Board office in Hosur. My task was to analyze the existing structure and suggest changes to improve the energy flow and operational efficiency of this important public building.

This is a Vastu consultation for BIG BAY, India's largest highway food mall. For a project of this scale, it is crucial to get the Vastu right to ensure high footfall, smooth operations, and a positive experience for all visitors and vendors.

This video shows a common but critical issue: a stalled construction project. After two years of delays, I identified that the foundation work began incorrectly from the southwest corner, creating a severe energy depression. My work here involved rectifying this without demolition to get the project moving again.

Here I am at the initial stages of a 20-acre project in Kolar, planned to be an Ayurvedic resort. My involvement from the land selection phase is crucial for large institutional projects to ensure the foundational energy of the site is positive and aligned with the purpose of the space.
