Turnkey Concrete Swimming Pool
Core Construction & Civil
- Excavation & Disposal: Earthwork excavation up to 5-6 ft depth with debris disposal.
- RCC Shell: Floor and retaining walls using M30 grade concrete with double-mat steel reinforcement (8mm/10mm bars).
- Waterproofing: 3-layer process (Crystalline + Mesh + Elastomeric) with flood test guarantee.
Finishing & Aesthetics
- Premium Tiling: Supply and installation of Glass Mosaic or Porcelain pool tiles with complex pattern execution.
- Coping: 40mm thick Lapato finish Granite or Natural Stone edging for anti-slip safety.
- Grouting: Epoxy grouting for longevity and algae resistance.
MEP & Filtration
- Filtration Plant: High-Rate Sand Filter and Recirculation Pump (Emaux/Astral or equivalent) for 4-6 hour turnover.
- Plumbing: UPVC pressure pipes (Astral/Ashirvad) for suction, return, and drainage.
- Lighting: SMD LED Underwater lights (12V, IP68 rated) in Warm White or Cool Blue.

- Carved Stone Tub: Single-block carved natural stone bath (Granite or Basalt) with polished interior and chiseled exterior.
- Dimensions: Approx 5ft x 3ft standard soaking size.
- Logistics: Heavy-duty crane hiring and rigger charges for lifting the 1.5+ ton stone piece.
Installation & Engineering
- Structural Base: Construction of a load-bearing RCC pedestal to support the stone and water weight.
- Plumbing: Core drilling for drainage and integration with hot/cold water mixer lines.
- Finishing: Basic sealing of stone surfaces.
Exclusions
- Surrounds: Wooden decking or bamboo screening not included.

Water features are really at the heart of what we do. For us, it’s not just about tossing in a fountain or a pond and calling it a day. We get involved from scratch—sometimes literally from a bare patch of land—and pull everything together so it looks like it was always meant to be there.
What We Build
We do pretty much everything - from grand swimming pools that scream luxury, to quiet little corners with a small pond where you can just chill. Our style isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some folks want an infinity pool with a deck and jazzy lights, others want a proper custom koi pond installation with lilies and fish swimming around. We also handle more modern stuff, like contemporary water wall design if that’s your vibe, or Japanese stone bath construction for those who want a proper Zen feel.

Our team handles the whole thing - design, plumbing, and all the nitty-gritty. We don’t just plonk a pool somewhere and walk away. We make sure your water feature fits in with your garden, the house, even the lights. If you’ve got other architects on board, we play nice and make sure everyone’s rowing in the same direction.

My Story
Suraj here, the guy behind Ecoscapes Landscaping. Started out in 2009, fresh outta college, just me and a big dream to make outdoor spaces look awesome. Met some good folks, luck played its part, and now we’re a team—engineers, architects, gardeners. Done 400+ projects, planted 5000 trees, got our name in the paper a few times. Feels good, honestly. We just love what we do and keep at it.
