You do not need a shelf full of products to get healthy, glowing skin. I help you build a simple, science-backed routine that actually works for your specific skin type and environment.

I believe less is more. A minimal skincare routine means understanding your skin type and environment to construct a simple, effective plan with just a few core products.

Step 1 of my everyday skincare routine has always been the same: washing my face. It's the simple, foundational step to remove impurities and prepare the skin.

Step 2 of my routine is applying moisturizer. Consistent hydration is key to maintaining a healthy skin barrier, no matter your skin type.

Step 3 is sunscreen, and I apply it liberally. I show my technique for ensuring even coverage on all the high points of the face where the sun hits the most.

Is your moisturizer not working? It could be because you're not reapplying it, or it's too thick to be absorbed. I explain the concept of layering moisturizers, just like you layer clothes in winter.

Still getting tanned despite using sunscreen? You might not be using enough, reapplying often, or choosing the right product. I cover the common mistakes and the importance of internal sun protection.

Should you use sunscreen indoors? Yes, if you're near large windows, in front of screens, or under harsh artificial lights. Look for a sunscreen with both UV and blue light filters.

About this collection

Stop hoarding products. True skin health is not about how many bottles line your shelf, but about how your cleanser, daytime protection, and night repair work together. If you are struggling with breakouts or chronic dryness, it is usually because your ritual is too complex, not too simple. Let us strip it back to what your skin actually needs.

The Three Pillars of Skin Health

My philosophy is simple, science plus everyday rituals equals sustainable results. You do not need forty layers of products to achieve a glow. In fact, layering too many actives often disrupts the skin barrier.

1. The Morning Cleanse and Protect

First, wash your face to remove the dirt and impurities of the night. Do not skip this. Follow it with a moisturizer appropriate for your humidity levels. Most importantly, apply your sunscreen liberally. Do not treat sunscreen as an optional step. It is your shield against the environmental stress of city life. If you are working indoors near windows or under bright office lights, you still need it.

2. The Nighttime Repair

Nighttime is when your skin is uninterrupted. This is the window to replenish what was lost during the day. Apply a soothing, reparative night cream. This is also when you should introduce active ingredients like retinol or peptides, depending on your skin goal, because your skin is busy repairing itself while you sleep.

3. Myth-Busting Your Routine

  • Vitamin C: While excellent for brightening, it can be irritating if your barrier is compromised. I often recommend using it at night to avoid sun-induced oxidation, rather than in the morning.
  • Hyaluronic Acid: It is not a blanket solution for dry skin. If your skin barrier is broken, applying an acid can cause burning and inflammation. Fix the barrier first.
  • Consistency: The best product is the one you actually use. Don't chase trends. Track how your skin behaves during travel or stress, and adjust your ritual accordingly.
