Advanced Face Sculpting & Lifting for Natural Contours
I use precise, energy-based technologies like Endolift and HIFU to sharpen your jawline and lift loose skin. These treatments are all about customized, non-surgical results that respect your unique bone structure.
The Endolift procedure is highly customized. Here, I am mapping the patient's face to target fat pads at the jowls while using vectorial lifts to tighten the skin without losing volume where it's needed.
A real-time demonstration of Endolift's effectiveness. You can clearly see the lift on the treated side, with a significant reduction in the nasolabial fold.
HIFU or Endolift? This video breaks down the differences. HIFU works from the outside in for overall contouring, while Endolift is a minimally invasive laser that works from inside out for more specific fat reduction and skin tightening.
A deeper dive into the Endolift vs. HIFU comparison. I explain which technology is better for specific concerns like under-eye bags, heavy jowls, or overall facial slimming.
Endolift is a technology I am truly excited about, especially for Indian skin. Because it works from under the skin, we avoid the risk of surface pigmentation, making it a safer and highly effective option for tightening.
A close-up look at the Endolift laser fiber. It's as thin as an insulin needle, flexible, and works beneath the skin to pop excess fat and stimulate collagen with zero bleeding and minimal downtime.
This animation shows how the Endolift laser works under the skin. It targets fat cells for emulsification and tightens the skin's structural fibers, resulting in a lift.
About this collection
Endolift is a brilliant tool, but it is only as good as the hand holding the fiber. Because I treat many Indian faces, I know exactly where to vector the lift to avoid over-done or puffy looks. It is about sculpting your unique bone structure, not just pulling skin, which is why I map every patient's face individually before we even start.
Precision Over Trends
Many patients come to me confused by the hype around HIFU and Endolift. Both are fantastic for lifting and tightening, but they work at different depths. HIFU is non-invasive and uses focused ultrasound to target the SMAS layer from the outside, which is great for overall contouring. Endolift, however, is a game-changer for me because it is a subdermal laser. I insert a hair-thin fiber under the skin to target fat pockets and remodel collagen directly.
Why the Operator Matters
This is where my 'gyaan' comes in: these technologies are highly operator-dependent. You cannot just run a machine over a face and expect a result. I map your facial fat and loose skin areas before beginning. For example, in the preauricular region (in front of the ear), many patients have zero fat. If I treat that area with the same energy intensity as the jowls, I would only be depleting volume where you need it most.
Safety for Indian Skin
I am particularly excited about Endolift because it offers a safer alternative for our skin types. Traditional resurfacing lasers can sometimes carry a risk of post-procedure pigmentation. Because Endolift works beneath the skin—where we are all structurally similar regardless of skin tone—we completely avoid the surface, making it safer for addressing a sagging jawline, double chin, or heavy upper eyelids with virtually zero downtime.
If you want to understand which of these fits your facial anatomy, let’s have a discussion during a consultation. We can map out a plan that prioritizes your features, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Rashmi Shetty
I believe in enhancing what you have, not changing who you are. My approach to sculpting combines high-end technology with a deep understanding of facial anatomy to ensure the results look like you—just fresher, sharper, and more rested.
