Why Box Folding Works

For long-distance travel, I use compact, A4-sized box folding. By using stiffener inserts, I compress the saree safely without crushing the structural pleats. This technique not only saves space in your luggage but also keeps the saree isolated from zippers and hooks, keeping your fabric safe.

Hanger Folding for Short Trips

If you are traveling locally or simply need to store your saree properly, I offer professional hanger folding. This keeps your Kanjeevaram or Paithani hanging vertically, which helps the fabric maintain its natural fall and prevents any permanent creasing. It is a simple, effective way to keep your wardrobe organized.

My Approach to Delicate Silks

Every silk behaves differently. I pay close attention to the fabric type—whether it is a delicate Tissue, a rich Kanjeevaram, or a vibrant Banarasi—and adjust my folding pressure and pinning accordingly.
