My process involves messy green-screen setups, hours of unlearning my own biases with my team, and constantly refining how we deliver complex psychology in a way that truly connects. Every video and workshop is a result of us trying to make parenting advice feel less like 'gyaan' and more like a real conversation.
When I talk about my work, whether it is for a corporate stress-management seminar in Bengaluru or a conscious parenting masterclass, people often see the finished outcome—the polished presentation, the clear messaging, or the final digital course. But the reality is quite different.
My philosophy of 'unschooling' doesn't stop at parenting; it applies to how I build my own brand. My team and I operate with the belief that excellence is not about being the best, but simply doing our best. You will see us experimenting with setups, debating content in our studio, and collaborating on how to bridge the gap between ancient Indian wisdom and modern psychology.
Why the process matters
- Transparency: I share the behind-the-scenes to show that I am learning alongside you. I am a father first, and a coach second.
- The 'Hinglish' Approach: We test our delivery constantly. If a concept like 'The 5-2-1-0 Rule' doesn't land in a way that feels natural in a Hinglish conversation, we rewrite it until it does.
- Team Collaboration: My team is the backbone of the 'Baat karne se baat banti hai' mission. We break down the 'walls' of traditional corporate and educational hierarchies, just as I encourage parents to break down the walls between teacher, child, and parent.
