About Intricate Hand-Painted Designs
When we hand-paint a design, we don’t use stickers or stamps. Every honeybee, lily petal, or fine line you see is drawn with a tiny brush and a very steady hand. Because we spend 2 to 3 hours on these sets, the art actually stays put and doesn’t fade or peel off after two days, which is the main problem with cheaper, mass-produced nail art.
Why go for hand-painted designs? It is all about the finish and the quality. When we do hand-painted art, we are not just applying a decal. We use fine brushes to layer the design, which means the art sits perfectly flat on your nail. It will not snag on your sweater or start peeling after two days like some sticker-based art does.
Whether you want something like the blue-and-white pottery pattern, celestial stars, or our personal favorites, those tiny hand-painted honeybees, we make sure each nail tells a story. This kind of work takes time. Expect to spend between 2.5 to 3.5 hours in our chair at our Seawoods studio. We take our time because we want your nails to look just as good three weeks later as they do on day one.
