About Our Process: From Idea to Setup
We arrive at your venue 60 to 90 minutes before your event starts to begin our setup. We start by positioning the primary backdrop frame and securing the main structure, then move to setting up custom cutouts, balloon arches, and marquee lights. This timing gives us enough room to adjust lighting and secure all props to the wall or floor without rushing, ensuring everything is stable and camera-ready before your guests arrive.
From Concept to Final Setup
Our process begins long before we step into your venue. Once you choose a theme, we get to work on the custom elements. For themes like Jungle or Unicorn, we coordinate the character cutouts, flex banners, and color-matched balloon garlands in our workshop in Greater Noida. We make sure your child's name is printed and ready for the backdrop so there are no last-minute hiccups.
On-Site Logistics
When we reach your location in Noida, Greater Noida, or wider Delhi NCR, our priority is safe installation. We use specialized paper tape that minimizes damage to your walls while keeping decor secure. If your event is in a banquet hall or a farmhouse, we bring our own mounting gear for balloon arches and lighting. For home setups, we focus on maximizing the space you have, using cylinder stands for cakes and floor accents to keep the walkway clear. We also handle the power requirements for our neon signs and marquee lights, so you just need to provide a standard outlet.
Teardown
We don't just set up and leave. For rentals like neon signs, circular ring stands, and marquee lights, we return to dismantle and collect the items carefully. This keeps your rental costs down and ensures the equipment stays in good shape for the next celebration. If you have specific requests, such as moving a setup from a garden to a hall, let us know early so we can plan the manpower accordingly.
