My process is simple: I do not play pre-recorded sets. Whether I am mixing Bolly-tech for a reception or spinning Afro House for a sundowner, I constantly adjust the tempo based on how the crowd is reacting. You get a personalized performance where the music evolves with your party, ensuring that whether it is the first song or the last, the dance floor stays packed.
How I Handle the Decks
Music is the heartbeat of your wedding, and my goal is to make sure every guest feels that rhythm. My style is rooted in Bollywood and Punjabi, but I blend in Afro House, Bolly-tech, and Commercial Pop to keep the vibe fresh. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all formula; I watch the floor and adapt the setlist in real-time.
From Baraats to After-Parties
I have the gear and the expertise to handle every function on your wedding itinerary:
- Baraat Processions: Whether it is a traditional setup or a custom DJ truck, I bring the heavy bass and dhol fusion to keep the procession moving with high intensity.
- Sangeet & Reception: This is where the real party happens. I focus on creating a concert-like atmosphere, often bringing in saxophonists or percussionists to elevate the live experience.
- Sundowners & Mehndi: For daytime events, I pivot to more relaxed, atmospheric sounds. My focus here is providing a vibe that is fun yet allows for socializing.
Travel & Technical Setup
I am based in Mumbai, but my decks have traveled from Goa sunsets to Jaipur palaces. I bring my own professional Pioneer console and laptop library to every gig. All I need from your venue or AV vendor is a reliable PA system and, for outdoor events, a shaded spot to protect the equipment.
