My sets are built for movement, not just listening. Whether I am at a club in Pune or a packed venue in Mumbai, I am constantly reading the room, mixing mashups to keep the vibe evolving. I bring my own Pioneer controller and mic, so all you need to worry about is the sound system—I will take care of the rest.
When I am on stage, the goal is simple: total crowd takeover. I do not rely on pre-recorded sets. My style blends the precision of electronic music with the raw, rhythmic energy of Bollywood and Punjabi hits. This is why I prefer working with 4-deck setups when doing 'Ankit X Panda' gigs—it allows for live sampling and seamless transitions that keep the energy high.
I have held the floor at venues like Miller's in Pune and Vagalumme in Goa. I know how different crowds respond to Afro House versus Desi commercial tracks. My preparation involves hours in the studio creating exclusive mashups—if you hear a remix at one of my shows, it is likely one you will not hear anywhere else.
For club owners and organizers, I keep the rider simple. I travel with my Pioneer setup, but I need a solid PA system to really make the bass hit. I am comfortable with live percussionists too—adding a dhol player to a high-tempo Bollywood set is a surefire way to take the energy straight to the sky.
