For fan fests, I don't just play tracks. I sync my visuals directly to the screen, so when a trailer drops or a hero enters, the music and video match perfectly. I arrive at least 60 minutes before your event to run a full sound check with the venue engineers, ensuring we are ready the moment the crowd starts pouring in.
For movie premieres and fan fests, the energy needs to be consistent from the red carpet to the final credit roll. My setup for these events goes beyond standard DJing. I bring my MacBook Pro and professional controller to sync audio-visuals directly to the venue's system. When a trailer hits or a hero enters the frame, the sound effects and background music are triggered in real-time to maximize impact.
I handle the full sonic direction for the event. This means I am not just pressing play on a playlist. I am mixing high-tempo regional Kuthu, commercial EDM, and trending audio to match the mood of the theater. I also act as a hype man, keeping the crowd engaged—using the mic to keep the noise levels up during those pivotal movie moments.
Logistically, I coordinate closely with theater management and event organizers. I require a standard HDMI output to the venue’s LED wall or projector system. Whether it’s a packed house at a major theater or a private fan event, I ensure the transition from music to movie audio is seamless. I provide stereo output (XLR/RCA) to the venue's sound engineer and manage all audio production, allowing the organizers to focus on the crowd.
