It is not just about queuing up tracks. My sets are a progression. I start with mid-tempo AfroBeats to get the lounge mood right, then build into high-octane Bollywood hits and my signature Bolly-Tech fusion. You will see me on the mic, hyping the crowd and managing the flow, because a DJ who just stands behind the deck misses the point.
I treat every gig like a headline show. Whether it is a packed Saturday at a club or an intimate corporate bash, my focus is on the drop. I use custom remixes that you will not hear from anyone else. My Bolly-Tech sound, which mixes classic Bollywood vocals with aggressive techno basslines, is designed for people who want to dance, not just nod their heads.
I bring my own laptop and backup controller, usually hooking into the venue's Pioneer CDJ setup. I am big on reading the room. If the energy dips, I switch the flow immediately. For private events, I handle the crowd interaction so you do not have to worry about the vibe staying alive.
