I don't just stand behind the console. You will see me on the mic, cueing the drops, and watching the room to see what they are feeling. If the vibe dips, I switch the track immediately to get the energy back up because my job is to make sure your guests stay on the floor all night.
A DJ is only as good as the reaction on the dance floor. When I am playing at Bangalore clubs or private house parties, I am constantly reading the room.
