About At-Home Lifestyle Sessions
These sessions focus entirely on natural light documentary photography, which means I do not bring studio lights or backdrops into your space. We spend about 2.5 hours working around your home, moving from the nursery to the living room to follow where the real moments happen. This gives us plenty of time for snack breaks, outfit changes, or calming a fussy toddler without any rush.
My approach to at-home lifestyle photography is simple: I want to document your family story in the place where you feel most comfortable. Because there are no heavy studio setups, you and your children can relax, play, and interact naturally.
Why choose an in-home session?
- Comfort for everyone: Babies and young children thrive when they are in their own environment. They have their own toys, their own naps, and their own rhythm, which makes for much happier, more authentic photos.
- Genuine moments: I capture the daily rituals that define your life right now, whether that is reading books on the master bed, baking in the kitchen, or just cuddling on the sofa.
- Pets are welcome: Unlike studio environments, your home is your pet's territory too. If your furry family members are part of the team, I am more than happy to include them in the shots.
Practical details
I travel across Bangalore city limits for these shoots. We typically use 2 to 2.5 hours for the session, which accommodates the unpredictable nature of family life. You receive 20 to 25 edited digital images that are color-graded to emphasize that warm, emotional tone. I provide guidance on finding the best light pockets in your home, so you do not need to worry about having a perfectly lit house—I will handle the lighting on the spot.
