South Indian Muhurtam Bridal Makeup
Makeup & Skin Prep
- Technique: High-Definition (HD) matte finish designed to withstand heat and humidity (sweat-resistant).
- Skin Prep: Extensive CTM (Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing) routine with pore-filling primers for smooth texture.
- Application: Full-coverage foundation, sharp contouring for heavy jewelry contrast, and traditional bindi placement.
- Eyes: Gold/bronze shimmers, winged eyeliner, and premium false eyelashes.
Hairstyling (Poola Jada)
- Style: Traditional long braid (Jada) styling with padding for volume.
- Floral Work: Placement of 'Poola Jada' (floral accessories) and 'Jada Billa' (hair ornaments). Note: Fresh flowers and gold accessories are procured by the client.
Draping & Logistics
- Outfit: Professional draping of Kanjeevaram/Silk saree with structured, ironed pleats.
- Jewelry: Assistance with setting heavy temple jewelry, maang tikka, and waist belt (Vaddanam).

Makeup Specifications
- Finish: Evening Glam aesthetic (Dewy or Soft Matte) specifically designed for artificial stage lighting and flash photography.
- Base: Full coverage HD foundation with no flashback (white cast prevention).
- Highlighting: Focus on cheekbones and collarbones for a glow effect.
- Eye Artistry: Advanced techniques like Cut-Crease, Smokey Eyes, or Glitter pigments.
Hairstyling
- Styles: Messy buns, textured updos, or Hollywood/Vintage waves (open hair).
- Tools: Use of tongs, crimpers, and volumizing sprays for long hold.
- North Indian Specifics: Includes heavy-duty pinning of the Dupatta on the head.
Draping & Support

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all face. Some of my brides want natural bridal makeup, some want that full glam for the camera. If you’re looking for a simple wedding day look, I can do that dewy, subtle finish that still pops in photos. If you want heavy shimmer, I’m in for that too.

Makeup’s only half the story, right? I do everything from traditional Poola Jada braids with flowers to messy buns and soft curls, depending on what suits you and your outfit. Hair and makeup together, that’s the real magic.
