About Our Story, Our People
Walk into our Koramangala space and you will likely find the team juggling steaming cups of coffee and fresh plates of noodles while someone nearby is deep into a board game or a quiet brainstorming session. We built this place to be an extension of your own living room, where the staff knows your coffee order and the vibe is always set to 'comfortable' rather than 'corporate'.
We never set out to build a typical cafe. When we started Dialogues, we wanted to fill the gap between the loud office and the solitary home office. It is why you will see people working on iPads on the rooftop or groups laughing over a round of Catan in the corner.
Our team works hard to keep this energy alive, serving comfort food like our signature pasta and refreshing mojitos while maintaining a quiet atmosphere for those who need to focus. Whether you are coming in for a solo workday with our high-speed WiFi or joining us for an open mic night to share your stories, you are part of the ecosystem that makes this place tick.
