As a mother, photographing my own daughter is a special joy. This portrait session for her 12th birthday was all about capturing her bright, energetic spirit. Your Session, Your Way
For younger children, we keep things slow. I know that toddlers have their own agendas, and if they need time to warm up or take a break, we take it. There is no rush, because the best smiles are the ones that happen naturally, not the ones I ask for.
For older children and teens, these sessions become a collaboration. We might head to a park in Delhi or Gurgaon for an outdoor lifestyle shoot during the golden hour, or use my studio for high-end, editorial-style portraits. This is a time to celebrate who they are becoming, and I love incorporating their hobbies, outfits, and even their friend groups into the shoot to make it feel like them.
