Traditional meals and celebrations
Banana leaf meals are part of our function work. Guests sit together at long tables, with food served onto their leaves. We have also catered an Ayyappaswamy pooja in Seegehalli, where guests ate from plates.
Our traditional wedding presentation includes paneer curry, soft rotis, vegetable sides and sweets. These are examples of the food we show, rather than one fixed menu for every celebration.
Breakfast and party cooking
Our breakfast catering shows dosa being cooked on a griddle, serving vessels set out beside the dining area, and staff serving seated guests. At a children's birthday celebration, our kitchen footage shows flatbreads, fried starters and curry.
Drinks and starters
Welcome drinks and starters are also part of our catering work. A separate function clip shows children enjoying snacks beside the serving counter.
