About Project Transformations: Before & After
I don’t just design offices, I build them from the ground up. Take the Amit Sharma cabin project in Bhandup—we started with a raw, dusty site and handled everything, from the civil work and glass partitioning to the final electrical fit-outs. You won’t see any fancy 3D renders here, just the actual process of turning an empty space into a ready-to-use office cabin.
When you see my before and after projects, you are looking at the full turnkey process. Many offices in Mumbai start as empty shells with exposed concrete and poor wiring. My job is to take that raw state and make it functional.
For the Bhandup project, the goal was privacy and light. We used 10mm toughened glass partitions with powder-coated aluminum frames to create the cabin without making the room feel small.
I do not use particle board for these jobs. I stick to 100% BWP grade plywood and anti-scratch laminates because offices see high traffic. If the wood isn't termite-proof and waterproof, your investment won't last three years.
My process is simple:
- Site analysis and electrical planning
- Civil work and partition installation
- Custom furniture and electrical fit-outs
- Final cleaning and handover
You don't need to chase multiple contractors. I manage the civil team, the electricians, and the carpenters. Whether it is a small renovation or a full office fit-out, I focus on building spaces that hold up to daily wear and tear.
