Stop guessing your cuts and start stitching with confidence. I teach the practical drafting secrets that fix shoulder fall and armhole wrinkles for good.

This is the result I promise. My student stitched this deep back blouse that fits perfectly without any shoulder fall, and most importantly, without needing a dori or tie-back. This is the boutique-style finishing you can achieve with my patterns.

This student traveled all the way from Mysore to learn my techniques. Here, she is wearing a blouse she stitched herself with a 12.5-inch deep back and a 5-inch wide neck. Notice how the shoulders sit perfectly without dropping, a common problem my drafting method solves.

Many people tell me, "Sunanda, my blouse never fits right." In this video, I explain how my drafting technique specifically targets and eliminates problems like armhole wrinkles and gaping, even with very deep back designs like this one.

If you know basic stitching but struggle with cutting, my custom paper patterns are the solution. I show you here how you get a pre-drafted pattern for your size and design, along with a finished blouse example, so you can focus only on the stitching.

My methods are not just for simple blouses. This student created a complex jewel neck blouse with transparent shoulders and cap sleeves after learning my pattern-making process. She gained the confidence to create any design she sees.

This is where the magic happens. My classes are completely hands-on. You will do the drafting, cutting, and fitting yourself, which is the only way to truly learn and gain confidence.

About Featured

Most people blame their sewing for a bad fit, but the real issue is almost always in the drafting. If the paper pattern is wrong, no amount of stitching skill will fix the shoulder fall or armhole gaps. When you see the work in this gallery, notice the finishing. That is not luck, it is simple, proven geometry that I teach in my workshops and include in my custom paper patterns.
