Premium Designer Tiling
Scope of Work
- Collection Access: Access to curated collections including Homogeneous body, Full-body, and specialized surface textures.
- Sub-floor Prep: Floor level checks and minor chipping or levelling to ensure a flat surface for large format tiles (600x1200mm or larger).
- Installation Method: Strict usage of Tile Adhesives (no cement-sand mortar) to ensure bond strength for low porosity tiles.
- Jointing: Installation with PVC spacers (2mm to 4mm) to allow for expansion and perfect alignment.
- Grouting: Filling joints with stain-free Epoxy grout or high-polymer cement grout in matching colors.
- Cleaning: Post-installation acid wash to remove adhesive residue.
Designer Wall Textures & Clay Cladding
Scope of Work
- Design Consultation: Selection of textures (Brands: Arrcoat, Ittimi/MCM) with up to 2 design mood board options.
- Surface Preparation: Inspection of base wall, application of levelling putty, and specific primers to ensure bond strength.
- Material Supply: 2mm to 5mm thick flexible clay panels (Travertine, Slate, Rammed Earth visuals) or Metallic/Concrete decorative paints.
- Application: Professional installation using specialized adhesives for MCM or trowel/spray techniques for textures by brand-certified applicators.
- Finishing: Application of protective top-coats or sealants for stain resistance and washability.
- Warranty: Coverage on peeling or fading as per brand standards (typically 10 years for interiors).
3D Sculptural Stone & Mural Walls
Scope of Work
- Material Sourcing: Sourcing of premium carved stone panels including 3D floral, Mandalas, or Tree of Life motifs.
- Structural Framing: Aluminum or GI framework for dry-cladding heavy stone pieces (>30mm thickness) where required for safety.
- Installation: High-strength polymer-modified adhesives for direct bonding or stainless steel clamps for mechanical fixing.
- Stone Treatment: Application of breathable stone sealers to prevent porosity stains and efflorescence (white patches).
- Supervision: Dedicated supervisor to ensure pattern alignment and safe handling of slabs.
- Finishing: Grouting with color-matched epoxy or cementitious grout where applicable.

- Material Supply: Metal Linear/Baffle ceilings (lightweight, fire-retardant) or Natural Seasoned Wood planks with tongue-and-groove joinery.
- Surface Treatment: Sanding and application of PU or Melamine polish for interior wood, or oiling for exterior pergola ceilings.
- Cutouts: Precision cutting for lights, AC vents, and fire sprinklers.
- Warranty: Structural warranty on the suspension system and anti-rust warranty on metal components.
