We didn't just display fabric, we turned it into architecture. This sanctuary uses light and layered forms to create an immersive, poetic space that stays with you long after you leave. ✨

A walkthrough of the fabric sanctuary we designed for Arezzo and Nirmal's. The video shows how the layered sheer fins create a sense of rhythm and flow, guiding visitors through the space while offering tantalizing glimpses of the interior.

The entrance to the sanctuary. The deep red archway provides a dramatic contrast to the soft, white fabric structure, creating an inviting portal that draws you into the serene world within.

The central meeting space, framed by the soaring, illuminated fabric fins. The design creates a sense of intimacy and grandeur simultaneously, making it the perfect place to appreciate the textures and patterns of the fabrics on display.

A detail of the curved walls and the integrated display niche. We let the fabric architecture create its own functional spaces, seamlessly blending product display with the overall artistic concept.

Here, you can see the beautiful fabric samples hanging within a custom-designed arched niche. The soft lighting from above highlights the textures and colors, making the product the hero within the space.

A close-up view looking up at the illuminated curves of the fabric fins and the custom chandelier. This detail showcases the precision and artistry involved in turning a soft material like fabric into a structural and sculptural element.

The view from the side of the entrance arch, showing how the layers of fabric create a visual rhythm. The transparency allows for a sense of openness while still defining the space.

We were glowing in the glow of our creation. This project was a labor of love, and seeing it come to life and resonate with so many people was an incredible feeling.

A candid moment of joy and pride inside the fabric sanctuary. These spaces are a part of us, and we are a part of them.

About The Fabric Sanctuary

This wasn't built with standard panel systems. We crafted layered, illuminated sheer fins to create a structural rhythm. It is a space that changes as you walk through it, inviting, fluid, and intentionally designed to make the fabric samples the true hero of the experience.

For the Arezzo x Nirmals project at India Design ID, we wanted to move away from the traditional booth. We let fabric become the architecture itself. Instead of using it as a backdrop, we sculpted arched forms using layered sheer fins that seemed to float in the space.

Each fin was softly illuminated with profile lights within the curves, casting a warm, diffused glow that brought the structure to life. The transparency of the fabric allowed fleeting glimpses inside, sparking curiosity and inviting people to step in and experience the world of textiles.

We relied on custom carpentry using MDF to create these organic shapes, ensuring a smooth, seamless flow that standard Octanorm profiles simply cannot achieve. The central meeting area was designed to feel like a sanctuary, providing a sense of intimacy and grandeur simultaneously. This project taught us that when you respect the material, the architecture follows. We are grateful it resonated with so many, earning us a ‘Best Booth’ award, which still feels wild to us. ❤️

If you are planning an exhibition or a brand activation, we would love to help you tell your story in 3D. We focus on spatial narratives that make people pause, look, and remember.

We’re Maha and Vijay. We believe in mixing chaos with calm to build spaces that actually feel like something. We don't do standard booths, we do stories in 3D. ❤️
