About Featured
We keep our groups to 15 to 20 students per coach, so every player gets direct feedback on their footwork and technique. When you train with us, expect to spend time on the agility ladder and cone drills right from the start. We recommend bringing flat-sole trainers, as our concrete court surface demands good grip for the sharp changes in direction required during our football fitness drills.
Why Our Football Training Works
The focus is on building a #StrongFoundation. Our sessions are not just about matches; they are about preparing your body and mind to handle the game.
- Foundation Batch: This is where we start. You get 12 to 13 sessions per month, three days a week. We focus on core football fitness, including ladder work and sprints to improve speed.
- Mental Preparation: Sports is as much about the head as the feet. Our coaches talk to the students about setting goals, handling pressure, and keeping a positive attitude even when a drill gets tough.
- The Equipment: Since we train on concrete or paver blocks in Vikaspuri, please avoid metal studs. Flat-sole trainers or rubber studs are the standard here.
- Beyond Training: Once you build your skills, we move toward team concepts and match play. We organize 5v5 or 7v7 small-sided matches internally, giving you a chance to apply what you have learned in a real game environment.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen specific skills, our approach remains the same: practice with purpose.
