Ball Handling and Control
Strong ball control is the foundation of a great player. Our sessions include intensive drills focused on dribbling technique, hand-eye coordination, and maintaining control while moving, ensuring players are confident with the ball in any game situation.
Fitness and Agility Training
To excel in basketball, skill must be matched with physical conditioning. I run a dedicated fitness program that includes ladder drills for footwork, cone exercises for quick changes in direction, and sprints to build the stamina needed for a full game.
