Real cricket leagues demand more than just technique. I push my boys through intense match simulations and pressure drills until they are ready to handle the DPL and DDCA stage. You can see players like Aditya Kumar and Hiten Dalal who started here and made it to the big league.
The path from local nets to professional leagues like the Delhi Premier League (DPL) or Vinoo Mankad Trophy requires a specific roadmap. Most academies focus only on basic drills, but I prioritize the match mentality. Our players train on turf, astro, and cement wickets to adapt to any playing condition.
Every week, we run pressure scenarios. If a bowler cannot handle the 20th over or a batsman cannot rotate the strike under field restrictions, we work on it until they can. We do not just send boys to trials. We prep their technique, fitness, and tactical awareness first. We have players who have bowled 10-wicket hauls in DDCA matches and smashed double centuries.
