Building a Match-Winner

Cricket is a game of rhythm. If you are struggling with your run-up or your release point, you can't be consistent. My training focuses on the mechanics of your action. We use side-arm practice and video recording to break down your bowling action, identify flaws, and rebuild it so you can hit the same spot six times in an over.

Bowling Techniques We Cover

• Fast Bowling: Focus on biomechanics, wrist position, and seam presentation. We work on maintaining pace throughout the spell.
• Spin Bowling: Focus on flight, dip, and turn. We drill the art of deceiving the batsman with subtle variations.
• Mental Conditioning: Bowling is 60% mental. We run pressure drills and match simulations where you have to defend low totals or bowl at death overs. You learn to handle the pressure of the DDCA league and other high-stakes tournaments.
