About Modern Indian Diyas & Jar Candles
I hand-paint every terracotta diya base myself, filling them with quality wax and a cotton wick instead of messy oil. These are designed to be reusable; once the wax burns down, you can easily clean the pot and refill it for your next celebration or just keep it as a piece of decor.

I created this collection because I was tired of seeing imported plastic products dominate our festivals. We focus on local, handmade candles that look great and burn clean. Whether you are decorating a home for Diwali, setting up tables for a restaurant, or looking for eco-friendly corporate gifts, these pieces are built to last.
The Terracotta Advantage
Our diyas go beyond the basic festive light. Because they use a solid terracotta base, they stay sturdy and don't leak like paper or cheap plastic alternatives. The white wax is hand-poured, providing a steady burn time of 3 to 4 hours. They are safe for indoor use on tables or windowsills.
Colorful Jar Candles
For something more modern, our layered jar candles bring a pop of color to any room. We pour multi-colored wax in horizontal or diagonal layers into reusable glass tumblers. These are perfect for:
