When you book a surprise, I handle the entire setup process, which takes about an hour depending on the complexity of the design. You just need to arrange access to the room beforehand, and I will take care of the balloon placement, fairy light wiring, and rose petal arrangements, including the cleanup of any rental items like frames or light stands the next day.
