Device Hardware Options
- Standard Option: Electric Intelligent Rim Lock (Hawk Vision type) featuring brushed steel finish, remote control unlock, and mechanical key backup.
- Premium Option: Smart Fingerprint Mortise Lock (EZVIZ/Secureye type) featuring 500 DPI fingerprint sensor, touch keypad, RFID reader, and mobile app connectivity.
Installation & Carpentry
- Fitting: Includes specialized carpentry for slotting wooden doors (Mortise) or surface mounting with heavy-duty drilling (Rim lock).
- Power Setup: Installation of 12V power supply with up to 10 meters of cabling for rim locks, or provision of 4 to 8 alkaline batteries for smart handles.
Access Credentials
- Keys & Remotes: Includes 2 emergency mechanical keys and 1 wireless remote (specifically for the rim lock setup).
- Digital Access: Includes 2 to 4 RFID access tags and configuration of the mobile app for remote unlocking and entry logs.
Warranty & Support
- Coverage: 1-year on-site warranty covering manufacturing defects and sensor malfunctions.
- Handover: 15-minute training session on fingerprint registration, password management, and emergency battery jump-start procedures.

- Device Type: Choice between Optical Fingerprint Sensor with Card Reader (Standard) or AI-based Facial Recognition/Palm Scanner (Premium).

Locking Hardware Kit
- Magnet Lock: Electromagnetic lock with 600 lbs (approx. 270 kg) holding force.

- Uninterrupted Power: 12V DC power supply unit housed in a metal cabinet.
- Battery Backup: Includes a 7AH SMF battery to ensure the door remains locked and operational for 2 to 4 hours during power cuts.
Wiring & Software
- Cabling: Up to 20 meters of CAT6 network and power cabling encased in PVC conduit.
- Configuration: Installation of Time & Attendance desktop software, shift rule configuration, and training on generating monthly Excel/PDF reports.
