Functional & Group Fitness

Experience the fun side of fitness with our dynamic group workouts. These sessions mix aerobics, bodyweight exercises, and functional training using equipment like agility ladders, kettlebells, and medicine balls. It’s all about moving your body in new ways and enjoying the collective energy.

For Men & Couples

Our 2nd-floor unisex gym is a welcoming space for men and couples to train together. We offer dedicated evening batches from 7 PM to 10 PM where you can work out in a comfortable and motivating environment. Join with your partner or on your own.
