About Custom Balloon Arches
I use internal PVC piping or flexible wire framing with weighted base plates, so your arch stays upright without relying on messy wall mounts. If we are setting this up at your shop, I specifically use non-abrasive adhesive tapes or existing shutter hooks to make sure your paint and fixtures stay scratch-free.
Designing Your Arch
I approach every arch with a focus on branding. For store openings, I typically stick to two or three primary colors from your logo to keep the aesthetic clean and professional. Whether you prefer a traditional spiral pattern or a more modern chained style, I ensure the transition between colors is seamless.
Technical Specifications
A standard arch from my studio measures 10 by 10 feet, which is usually the ideal size for most standard entrance doors and storefronts. I use approximately 150 to 200 air-filled latex balloons for a dense, full look. Since these are air-filled rather than helium-filled, they maintain their shape well throughout your event without the risk of drifting.
Installation and Care
I handle the full assembly on-site. Setup typically takes between 60 and 90 minutes. I arrive with the framing pre-measured and the balloons ready to install.
Because external factors like heat and wind can impact balloon durability, I carefully choose the placement for outdoor arches. If your location has limited space, I can adjust the frame structure to fit within tighter dimensions. Once the event is over, I also handle the cleanup of any burst balloons and packaging materials, so your space is left as I found it.
