Many of my setups, such as the circular balloon rings or the 8x8 foot floral backdrops, require a specific amount of empty floor space to look their best. If you are planning an event at home, please check that you have at least an 8x8 foot area cleared, as this helps me create the full effect without clutter. My setup usually takes between one and three hours depending on the complexity of the design.
Making your space work
Whether you have a compact living room or a larger banquet hall, I adjust my designs to fit. For home celebrations, I often recommend the circular balloon rings because they have a small footprint but still make a big visual impact. If you have more space, my sequin shimmer walls or themed flex backdrops add that professional event feel.
My process
I do not just drop off balloons and leave. I spend time arranging the clusters to get that uniform, professional look, and I weave in lighting like neon signs or fairy lights to add warmth. For traditional ceremonies like a Chhathi pooja, I prioritize fresh greenery and marigold arrangements to keep it elegant and traditional.
What you need to know
- Themes: From Minecraft and jungle safaris to chic anniversaries, I work with the theme you love.
- Setup: I handle the hardware setup, including the backdrop stands and lighting. You do not need to worry about the structural side of things.
- Takedown: I have a clear policy on rental items. For balloons, you get to pop them yourself after the party, but I return the next day to collect the metal frames, neon signs, and sequin walls.
