Graphic and Stylized Digital Portraits

byDashmeet Singh BhatiaBased in Delhi NCR; Available onlineView full gallery

I create minimalist portraits using bold, expressive lines and vibrant color blocking. My work focuses on capturing the energy of a subject through digital illustration in Procreate.

The first in a series of experimental portraits. This piece uses simple, bold strokes to capture an expression, focusing on a raw, sketch-like aesthetic.

A stylized portrait with high contrast and a focus on form. I enjoy exploring different moods through these minimalist black and white digital drawings.

This portrait study uses sharp, confident lines to create a sense of attitude and style. It's an exploration of character through a minimalist graphic approach.

A profile portrait set against a solid candy pink background. This series experiments with Pantone colors to create a bold, modern, and graphic visual impact.

Part of my Pantone-inspired series, this portrait uses a shadow lime background to complement the black ink-style drawing. It's a study in how color can define the mood of a piece.

About this collection

I build these portraits in Procreate by focusing on high-contrast lines and solid color blocks, which reduces the image to its most expressive form. I provide the final file in 300 DPI, making it ready to print immediately at sizes up to A3.

My approach to these portraits is about stripping away the noise to find the essential character of a person. Rather than aiming for photo-realistic rendering, I use a combination of confident, ink-like digital strokes and specific color palettes—like the Pantone-inspired backgrounds you see here—to set the mood.

When we work together, the process is straightforward. We start with a brief chat about the vibe you want, then I create a rough sketch. My goal is to capture the attitude or the quiet moment that feels most like you. Once the sketch is approved, I refine the lines and finalize the color.

Because this is digital art, the final output is high-resolution, which gives you plenty of flexibility. Whether you want to print it for a wall gallery, use it as a profile picture, or gift it, the quality stays sharp. My standard turnaround for these single-subject pieces is 4 to 6 days. I include one round of minor revisions to adjust details like hair, jawline, or color, ensuring the final piece feels exactly right to you.
