Signature Birthday & Thematic Kids Decor
Thematic Backdrop
- Choice of Circular Ring (6x6 ft) or Rectangular Sequin/Flex Backdrop.
- Standard rental Neon Signage (e.g., "Happy Birthday", "One", or Name).
Balloon Artistry
- Approx. 800 to 1,200 balloons provided in High-quality Pastel, Metallic, or Chrome finish.
- Arrangement styles include organic arches, garlands, or wall clusters.
Props & Elements
- 3 to 5 Theme-specific foam board cutouts (e.g., Cocomelon, Unicorn, Jungle animals).
- Set of 3 Cylinder Plinths (Cake tables) in Gold, White, or Themed color.
- Artificial Floral touches (mix of roses/hydrangeas) attached to the backdrop frame.
Lighting & Flooring
- 2 to 3 LED Par Cans for uplighting the decor.
- Fairy lights incorporated into the balloon setup if required.
- Basic carpet rug (6x4 ft) for the cake cutting area.
Traditional Haldi & Mehndi Decor
Main Backdrop
- 10ft x 10ft (extendable to 15ft) lush draping in Yellow, Orange, or Pink/Green combinations.
- Dense hangings of Artificial Marigold (Genda Phool) strings mixed with tassels.
Couple Seating
- Choice of Large Brass/Fiber Urli (for Haldi immersion), Decorated Swing (Jhula), or Traditional Sankheda Chairs.
- Includes floor cushions and bolsters surrounding the seating area.
Prop Styling
- 6 to 8 Rajasthani Jaipuri Umbrellas or Matkas (earthen pots) with floral overflow.
- "Haldi" or "Mehndi" acrylic/wooden hashtag signage hanging on the backdrop.
Florals
- Primarily high-quality artificial marigold for volume.
- Fresh rose petals (approx 2kg) provided for the flower shower moment.
Premium Wedding Stage & Floral Decor
Backdrop Styling
- Theme: Lush Floral Wall (Artificial Hydrangea/Carnation/Rose mix) OR Fabric Drapes with heavy floral frame headers.
- Structure coverage up to 10ft height x 24ft width.
- Includes hanging decorative elements like Crystal Chandeliers or Floral Hangings.
Furniture
- 1 Premium Two-Seater Coupler Sofa (Royal/Vintage style in White/Gold/Silver).
- 2 matching side chairs for family.
Lighting & Flooring
- Face lights (warm white) for the couple.
- Focus lights on the floral backdrop to enhance depth.
- Carpet for the stage platform (Red/White/Grey) or printed Flex flooring to match the theme.

- This covers styling only; structural stage platform (wooden risers) is assumed to be provided by the venue.
Mirror Aisle & Special Effects Entry
Mirror Pathway
- High-gloss reflective mirror-finish flooring (Acrylic/HIPS sheets) creating a glass-like aisle.
- Dimensions: 4ft to 6ft wide | Length: Up to 40 running feet.
Aisle Lining
- Running floral borders (Artificial flower rows) or LED candle pillars along both sides of the mirror path.
Special Effects
- Cold Pyros: 8 to 12 units of electronic cold sparklers (safe for indoors/outdoors) timed for the entry.
- Low Fog: Dry Ice Fog machine creating the "Clouds" effect on the floor.
Finishing Touches
- Fresh Rose Petals scattered on the mirror or provided for guest flower shower (approx 4-5 kg).

My Story
Main Vineet, Dance Zone ka founder. Log bolte hain dance sikhata hoon, par main toh yaadein banata hoon. Shuruat steps aur music se hui thi, par jaldi samajh aaya, shaadi sirf sangeet tak nahi hoti. Bride entry, haldi ka hungama, Jaimala ki emotional vibe – sab kuch. Sasuma ka damad ke liye dance, Dada-Dadi ki masti, yeh sab dekh chuka hoon. Hum dance hi nahi, aapke sapne bhi sajate hain.
