When working on solos or sibling duets, the biggest constraint is almost always the outfit. A heavy lehenga or heels can drastically change how you move. During our sessions, I prioritize steps that complement your specific bridal ensemble, so you feel confident and comfortable rather than restricted when it is time to perform.
Whether it is a solo performance to honor your partner or a high-energy duet with your sibling, the goal is to enjoy the moment. Many brides tell me they are nervous about performing in front of a crowd. That is completely normal. My approach starts by removing the pressure. We pick songs that mean something to you, not just what is currently trending.
For bridal solos, we focus on expressions and grace. It is about how you carry yourself. If you are doing a duet with your sibling, we lean into your real-life dynamic. If you guys are playful, we keep the choreography fun and light. If you are close and emotional, we make it romantic and slow.
I provide custom song mixes for every routine. If you want a transition from a slow ballad to a high-tempo beat, I handle the editing so the music flows perfectly. We also do sessions at your home or a place that is convenient for you. We focus on repetition and simple steps that you can remember even when the wedding adrenaline kicks in. You do not need to be a professional dancer to look great on stage. You just need to have fun with it.
