About Our Process & Passion
Our process starts with understanding your energy, not just the music. Whether we are prepping for a brand shoot or a family sangeet, we focus on team synergy first. A routine only looks polished when the people performing it actually feel confident and comfortable in their movement, which is why we spend so much time on rehearsals and blocking.
For the past five years, my approach to choreography has stayed consistent: dance has to be healing. When I started Dance it Out in my room, I had no idea it would grow into this family. Now, that same 'start-in-the-room' energy goes into everything we do, whether we are working on a massive film promo or a small school workshop.
How We Work
- Concept First: We do not believe in cookie-cutter steps. We sit with you to understand the vibe of your event or brand. If it is a wedding, we want to know your story. If it is a brand activation, we focus on what makes the audience stop and watch.
- Team Dynamics: My team is my tribe. We bring heart to every session. You will see us laughing in rehearsals as much as we are sweating. This comfort level translates to the stage, making performances feel fun and high-energy rather than stiff.
- The Technical Side: While we keep things light, we are serious about the details. From audio mixing and stage blocking to the specific camera angles for social media reels, we handle the production so you can just focus on enjoying the moment.
We know that not everyone is a trained dancer. That is perfectly okay. We specialize in making non-dancers feel like stars by breaking down moves into simple, manageable pieces. You will not find us doing complex, technical steps that make you feel overwhelmed. We want you to walk away from our workshop or rehearsal feeling proud, confident, and a little bit more in love with dance than when you walked in.

Hi, I am Vidhi. I started seven years ago just grooving in my room, and today, I lead a team that feels more like family. Dance is my healing space, and I love sharing that energy with everyone, whether you are a bride or a brand.
