About Behind the Scenes
A lot of thought goes into every frame. Whether we are draping fabric for a maternity shoot or positioning baby props, my priority is keeping the setup safe and the mood relaxed. You will see me moving lights and adjusting gown trains right up until the moment I click, because the difference between a good photo and a great one is in the tiny details.
Every maternity photoshoot you see here starts with a plan. We do not just pick a spot and start clicking. Whether you are in our Dwarka studio or outdoors in a local park, I spend time setting the scene—fixing the teepees for a boho vibe, adjusting the lighting for a magazine-style edit, or arranging props like ultrasound scans and tiny shoes to tell your story.
Managing the technical side is only half the work. The other half is keeping the vibe right. For outdoor shoots, that means chasing the best natural light and working around nature. For studio sessions, it involves constant adjustments to your gown, posing guidance, and making sure the family—partners and kids included—feels comfortable throughout.
I know that the prospect of a long photoshoot can feel daunting, especially with toddlers or late-stage pregnancy. My process is built around flexibility. If the toddler will not sit still, we play until they do. If the outdoor light changes, we pivot to a new spot. You get to see the raw setup process here because I want you to know that your session is not just about posing; it is about creating an environment where you can actually enjoy the experience. We handle the heavy lifting, the prop setup, and the outfit styling so you can just focus on the moment.
