Newborn sessions are best planned for those first 25 days when babies are still sleepy and curled up. I come to your home, so you do not need to pack a hospital bag or worry about travel. It is all about letting the baby lead the schedule, meaning we take as many breaks for nursing and soothing as needed to keep everyone relaxed.
When you welcome a new baby, the last thing you want is a rigid schedule. My newborn photography sessions are designed to be completely stress-free for both you and your little one. I travel to your home, meaning you stay in your own space, which makes nursing, changing, and soothing so much easier. Because I work with natural light and a gentle, candid approach, we do not rely on harsh studio lights or stiff poses that can startle a baby. Instead, we capture the raw, real connection. We look for the way your baby grasps your finger, the peaceful sleep in your arms, and those quiet moments of connection between parents. These photos are about preserving the feeling of this fleeting time. Whether it is a kiss from an older sibling or a multi-generational portrait with grandparents, my goal is to document your family as it is today. I have been doing this for over 9 years, and if there is one thing I have learned, it is that the best photos happen when you are comfortable. We keep things flexible, prioritizing the baby's comfort above everything else. If the baby is hungry or needs a cuddle, we stop and take a break. No rush, no pressure, just beautiful memories.
