About Sacred & Spiritual Figures

When I make these figures, I focus on the expression and the details that bring them to life, like the sheen on a Krishna doll's peacock feather or the gentle fold of a Mother Mary's mantle. Because these are often kept in a prayer space or given as gifts for comfort, I use soft, high-quality yarn that stays firm but feels gentle to touch.

I use the amigurumi technique to ensure these dolls hold their shape beautifully over time. Each figure, whether it is Shree Ram with his bow or Lord Shiva with his Trishula, is created from scratch in my Mumbai home. You can ask for specific color palettes, like a light-blue Ganesha, or request details like a particular outfit style. Since these are often intended for home shrines or as bedside companions, the construction is durable. I secure all eyes and details firmly, ensuring they last for years. If you have a specific deity or character in mind, let me know. I work with cotton and acrylic blends that are soft yet sturdy, making them suitable for both display and handling. Remember, these are one-of-a-kind items. No two are identical, as each piece is truly handmade.

Hi, I'm Neha. I started crocheting in my Mumbai home in 2016 and haven't put down my hook since. I pour my patience into every figure, making sure each one carries the same care I would give to a gift for my own family.
