Instead, we transport and set up our own glass-walled, ventilated satellite kitchens on-site. This ensures every plate, whether a hot Indian curry or a chilled gazpacho, is prepared fresh at your venue rather than transported from a distant base. This is not just catering, it is a complete mobile culinary operation.
