For these large-scale campus gigs, technical reliability is non-negotiable. I require the venue to provide Pioneer CDJ 2000 NXS2 or 3000 decks paired with a professional club-grade PA system to ensure the sound hits right. If the gear is not up to standard, the bass and the drop simply do not land for a crowd of 500 plus.
