Private Chef Service (Labor Only)
Staff & Duration
- Includes 1 Head Chef (cuisine specialist) and optional helper based on complexity.
- Staff arrives 3-4 hours prior to mealtime for prep; total engagement is approx 5-6 hours.
Service Scope
- Complete preparation of pre-decided menu (starters, mains, staples) in your kitchen.
- Includes cleaning of used cooking utensils and kitchen slab post-cooking.
Host Responsibilities
- Host provides ALL raw ingredients (groceries, meats, oil, spices).
- Host provides infrastructure: Gas stove, fridge, water, and large cooking vessels (patilas/kadhais).
- Serving crockery, cutlery, and glassware are NOT included.
All-Inclusive Buffet Catering
Menu Configuration
- Typical spread: Welcome drinks, 2-3 Starters, 2 Mains, Dal, Rice, Breads, Salad, Raita, and Dessert.
- Food prepared at base kitchen and transported hot to the venue.
Setup & Hardware
- Stainless steel chafing dishes (warmers) provided with fuel.
- Includes standard white ceramic plates, steel cutlery, and disposable napkins.
Staff & Logistics
- Uniformed waiters included to manage buffet refill and plate clearance.
- Includes transport of equipment and leftover food management.
Bartender & Glassware Rental
Staffing
- 1 Professional Mixologist/Bartender for up to 5 hours of service.
- Bartender brings professional kit (shaker, muddler, jigger, bar spoon).
Hardware
- Includes rental of glassware (Whiskey, Highball, Wine glasses) for approx 20-25 guests.
- Basic bar station setup on your existing table or counter.
Host Requirements
- Host provides all liquor, mixers, juices, syrups, garnishes, and ice.
- Host provides the physical counter/table for the bar.

We started COOX because, yaar, why should the host be stuck in the kitchen when everyone else is dancing in the living room? Five years, bootstrapped, 20+ cities, 10 lakh happy faces.
