Standard Party Decor Setup
Visual Elements
- Balloons: Ring or semi arch arrangement using 100 to 150 latex balloons in your chosen color theme (metallic or pastel).
- Backdrop: Shimmer foil curtains or a standard banner stand.
- Signage: Rental of one standard Neon Sign (e.g., Happy Birthday, Party) or card stock banner.
- Props: Includes scattered floor balloons or foil star/heart accents.
Installation Service
- Setup: Professional on site setup completed 2 to 3 hours before the event starts.
- Teardown: Rental items like neon signs are picked up the next day; disposable items like balloons are left for the host to discard.
Live Acoustic Music Session
The Artist
- Profile: Semi professional solo artist (Male or Female) singing while playing the acoustic guitar.
- Genre: Mix of Bollywood (Retro & New), Sufi, or English Pop suited for house party vibes.
- Requests: Takes limited song requests from guests based on their repertoire.
Equipment & Setup
- Sound: Unplugged performance without professional speakers or microphones. Suitable for living rooms with natural acoustics.
- Gear: Artist brings their own acoustic guitar.
- Duration: Continuous performance for a single set of 60 to 90 minutes.
Buffet & Crockery Rental
Buffet Station
- Food Warmers: 2 to 3 Stainless steel Chafing Dishes to keep main course items hot.
- Fuel: Burner fuel gels or candles included to maintain heat for 2 to 3 hours.
- Serving Tools: Ladles, tongs, and spoons provided for serving.
Dining Sets & Logistics
- Crockery: 10 to 12 inch ceramic or melamine dinner plates and quarter plates.
- Cutlery: Stainless steel spoons and forks.
- Hygiene: All items delivered industrially washed and sanitized.
- Transport: Includes drop off before the party and pickup the following day.
Post Party Kitchen Cleaning
Scope of Work
- Dishwashing: Cleaning of all used crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking vessels (patilas/kadhai).
- Kitchen Reset: Wiping down countertops/slabs, cleaning the sink, and organizing washed utensils.
- Area Cleanup: Clearing trash (bottles, disposables) from the living and dining zones.
- Floors: Brooming and wet mopping the kitchen and immediate party area to remove spills.
Staff & Supplies
- Manpower: 1 Dedicated cleaner for a manual cleaning shift.
- Material: Staff carries basic dish soap and scrubbers. Special floor cleaners or garbage bags must be provided by the host.
- Limitations: Does not include bathroom cleaning or deep machine cleaning.

Rentals & Gear
- Don’t own enough crockery, warmers, or serving stuff? I’ve got party crockery and appliance hire sorted. You just tell me how many people, and I bring the rest. No last-minute jugaad (quick fix) needed.
After-Party Relief
- Kitchen cleaning after event is the real hero. I’ll make sure the kitchen looks like nothing ever happened, so you can just chill after your guests leave.
Birthday, BBQ, festival, or shaadi ka ghar (wedding house) - if it’s at your place, I’ll help you actually enjoy it.
