Party Waiters & Servers
Core Responsibilities
- Food Service: Circulating starters and finger foods on trays to guests.
- Kitchen Ops: Heating pre-cooked food in microwave/oven and plating it. No cooking from scratch.
- Beverages: Pouring water, soft drinks, and refilling glasses.
- Clearance: Clearing used plates and glasses from the party area to the kitchen sink or trash.
Staff Profile
- Uniform: Black trousers, white shirt, and waistcoat or branded polo with cap.
- Duration: Standard shift covers approximately 4 to 5 hours.
Host Requirements
- Supplies: Host must provide trays, openers, trash bags, and all food/beverages.
Bartenders & Mixologists
Bar Management
- Mixing: Preparing classic cocktails (Mojito, Whiskey Sour, LIIT) and mocktails.
- Service: Pouring beer, wine, and neat spirits while managing guest flow.
- Prep: Cutting garnishes like lemon and mint, and managing ice levels.
Equipment & Staff
- Kit Included: Bartender brings shakers, muddlers, spoons, peg measures, and openers.
- Experience: Skilled in standard cocktail ratios and bar hygiene.
Important Prerequisites
- Stock: Host provides all alcohol, mixers, syrups, juices, and garnishes.
- Ice: Host must provide 3 to 5kg of ice per 10 guests.
- Setup: Host provides the bar table and glassware.
Kitchen Utility Cleaners
Cleaning Scope
- Dishes: Scrubbing all crockery, cutlery, glassware, and serving bowls used during the party.
- Surfaces: Wiping down kitchen slabs to remove spills and stains.
- Floor: Brooming and wet mopping of the kitchen floor only.
- Trash: Bagging kitchen waste into designated dustbins.
Scope Limitations
- Area: Strictly limited to the kitchen and sink area. No cleaning of living rooms, bathrooms, or party floors.
Requirements
- Supplies: Host must provide dishwashing liquid, scrub pads, sponges, and floor cleaner.

I got tired of watching hosts miss out on their own parties, stuck in the kitchen or running around serving snacks. Kyun party ke din host hi busy ho? (Why should the host be busy on party day?) That’s why I set up this event staffing service - so you can actually enjoy your own get-together.
