Standard Grade Prep (4 Sessions)
Core Curriculum
- Private Coaching: 4 private 1-on-1 practical sessions (approx. 45-60 mins) per month tailored to the specific instrument.
- Syllabus Coverage: Comprehensive coaching on official RSL (Rockschool) or Trinity College London curriculum, covering three performance pieces per grade.
- Technical Drills: specific training on rudiments, scales, arpeggios, and chord voicings based on the instrument.
Authorized Centre Benefits
- Venue Familiarity: Practice runs conducted in the Authorized RSL Examination Centre using actual exam-day equipment (drums/piano).
- Mock Assessments: Monthly internal progress checks to simulate the exam environment.
- Admin Support: Full assistance with exam slot booking and paperwork (exam fees paid separately to the board).
Theory & Performance

Building up to a music grade exam can be nerve-wracking, but we try to make it a vibe you’ll actually enjoy. We believe it’s not just about getting that certificate from Rockschool or Trinity - it’s about tuning up your confidence, learning to love the discipline, and having a bit of fun along the way.
All About The Boards
We’re an official Authorised Registered Examination Centre for RSL (Rockschool London), so you can prep and even take your exam at our place. Got Trinity College music exam jitters? We’ve got loads of experience there too. Students from our crew have cleared both RSL and Trinity, many even grabbing a Distinction.
How We Roll
- Strictly follow the official syllabus, but we mix it up—expect your mentor to yell “aur zor se!” (louder!) when you’re nailing it, or “zyada tez mat bajana” (don’t go too fast) if you’re rushing.
- We cover it all: scales, theory, classic tracks like ‘Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door’ and ‘Ziggy Stardust’, and those tricky technical bits.
- Whether you’re starting out at Debut or chasing Grade 6, we adjust everything to your level.
Instruments & Flexibility
You can prep for drums, acoustic/electric guitar, ukulele, or piano/keyboard. It’s up to you if you want to hang with us in Koramangala, Bengaluru, or join in online. Either way, we’re here to get you ready and keep it real.

My Story
We’re Circle of Fifths, started out in 2019, Koramangala. Not your usual music school. We wanted a spot where people—kids, grown-ups, whoever—just hang out, learn, mess up, jam, and laugh. Our 'Magical Evening' recitals? Pure joy. A student aces a Trinity College London music certification, we’re grinning ear to ear. Sometimes, it’s just a teacher and student headbanging, guitars mixing with bird sounds. That’s us, a bit noisy, always welcoming, always family.
