About In-Office Wellness Sessions
My sessions are designed for real office life, not gym perfection. During a 90-minute workshop, I focus on specific mobility drills for the neck, back, and wrists to counter the strain of long hours, followed by a bodyweight circuit that gets everyone energized without needing extra equipment.
Most office wellness seminars are boring. My goal is to change that. I bring a, 'Jabardast', high-energy atmosphere into your workspace because I believe movement is the best way to clear your head.
What I Bring to Your Office
I do not just lead exercises, I coach. Whether you are a team of 20 or a large group of 100, the session is scalable. We start with simple desk mobility routines to fix that common 'tech neck' and back stiffness from sitting too long. After the stretches, we move into a bodyweight circuit. Think planks, squats, and lunges. It is approachable, effective, and keeps everyone engaged.
