Frequent Questions
- Do I need to be fit to climb? Not at all. Climbing is a full-body workout, and you will get stronger as you climb. We have routes for every fitness level.
- Can I come alone? Absolutely. Most of our members started by walking in solo. With our auto-belay zones, you can climb whenever you want.
- Is there an age limit? We welcome climbers from age 5 and up. It is a fantastic family activity to get the kids off screens and onto the walls.
