Bridal & Groom Portraits
I create individual portraits that highlight the details of your wedding attire and the genuine emotions of your big day. Whether you prefer a formal, studio-lit style or a candid moment captured at your wedding venue, I guide you to ensure you look your best.

About Bridal & Groom Portraits
I often use a mix of controlled studio lighting and natural light during the wedding ceremony to get these portraits right. Whether it is highlighting the intricate work on your bridal lehenga or catching a quiet moment of reflection as you prepare, I work with you to find poses that feel natural rather than stiff or overly posed.
Planning your bridal or groom session involves more than just finding a clean background. For many of my shoots in Bangalore and destination weddings across India, we discuss the lighting setup in advance. If we are doing a studio-style portrait, I bring specialized lighting equipment to ensure the textures of your jewelry and wedding attire stand out. For outdoor shots at your wedding venue, I look for spots with flattering natural light and minimal distractions to keep the focus entirely on you.
I specialize in two types of portraits. First, there are the formal, posed shots that capture the elegance of your traditional wedding wear. These work well with a clear, uncluttered background. Second, I capture candid portraits that show your personality. For grooms, this often means capturing a moment of calm before the ceremony begins or a confident portrait against a clean architectural wall. For brides, I focus on the smaller details—the henna on your hands, the way your jewelry sits, or a quiet moment of preparation before the chaos of the day starts.
These sessions can be integrated into your wedding day schedule or done as a separate portrait shoot. If you are booking a wedding package, we usually find a window of 30 to 45 minutes during the Sangeet or Reception for these portraits. If you want a more elaborate, fashion-style shoot, we can dedicate time before the wedding day to experiment with different lighting setups and looks.
