For these traditional sessions, we focus on capturing your cultural vibe, whether you are wearing a silk saree or a crisp kurta. Keep in mind that while I handle the photography, lighting, and location scouting, the styling, makeup, and costumes are your responsibility, so plan those details carefully to match the aesthetic of the setting we choose.
Your heritage is a huge part of your story, and my approach to these shoots is to let that shine through without making things feel staged. Whether we are shooting at a heritage site in Bangalore or a quiet, temple-themed garden, the goal is to mix candid, real-life moments with classic, composed portraits.
How We Work
I don't stick to a single look. We can keep it simple and traditional, focusing on your ethnic wear and the chemistry between you two, or we can add a touch of drama with vintage props like cars or ornate fountain backgrounds. If you have a specific family tradition you want to document, let me know, and we will plan the shoot around it.
The Details
- Locations: I shoot across Bangalore and am happy to travel anywhere in India for your destination pre-wedding shoot.
- Packages: For standalone pre-wedding sessions, we typically dedicate 4-6 hours to the shoot, which includes three costume changes. This allows us enough time to get a variety of shots without rushing.
- Deliverables: You receive 40-50 high-resolution, retouched images and a cinematic highlight teaser reel. Raw data is also provided on a hard drive if you need the backups.
