Youth Tournament Entry (U11 - U18)

- Structure: League cum Knockout format ensuring a minimum of 2 matches before elimination.
- Divisions: Covers Under-11 (Mini), Under-13 (Sub-Junior), and Under-18 (Junior) boys/girls categories.
- Rules: Adheres to FIBA standard rules with age-appropriate ball sizes (Size 5 for U11, 6/7 for seniors).
- Officiating: Managed by a 2-person crew mixing senior officials and trained juniors.
Venue & Logistics
- Surface: Outdoor concrete/asphalt court (Gandhi Maidan) played under floodlights or late afternoon.
- Hydration: Basic water station with 20L jars; teams must carry personal bottles.
- Seating: Open-air plastic chairs for spectators and concrete benches for players.
- Medical: Basic First-Aid kit available at the scorer table.
Awards & Digital
- Recognition: Trophies for Winners and Runners-up; MVP and Promising Player plaques.
- Certification: Physical or digital participation certificates provided to every player.
- Social Media: Team introduction graphic posted on platform handles.

- Timing: Prime-time evening and night slots (6:00 PM to 10:00 PM) under full LED floodlights.
- Scorekeeping: Full table officiating with manual scoreboards and detailed foul tracking.

How We Run Tournaments
We manage the whole thing, start to finish. My team sorts out all logistics, so you show up and play. Match schedules, eliminator rounds, and the big finale - all handled. Referees are experienced, both juniors and seniors, making sure every game is clean. No drama, only basketball. We keep live match score updates rolling and make sure your highlight moments get snapped and filmed. If you love good photos and post-game reels, you’ll get plenty.
Who Plays
Anyone with a team and passion can join. Not just Chembur YMCA folks - we welcome men’s, women’s, and youth divisions (U-11 to U-18). No barriers, just hoops.

My Story
We’re Chembur Basketball, but really, we’re just one big crazy basketball family. Gandhi Maidan is where it all started, and it’s still our second home. We play hard, laugh louder, and sometimes yell over each other – but that’s our magic. ‘Hooplah’ was born from our madness, and every game, every plan, every bit of chaos is pure love for the sport. Legends, refs, newbies – all part of our wild crew. One team, one dream, all heart.
